BulletML Pattern Generator

Starting a bulletML aka bullethell pattern generator, which loads and saves XML files.

Everything is pretty work in process as iam learning by doing.
Iam using the free claude.ai version. 

The export of BulletML files is still broken!

Python Language and exported to exe via
https://projects-by-lynden.itch.io/whittl

Simple extract the zip file into a dir and start the exe, 

It should work on win10 an win11 x64.
